PERI AND POST SURGERY THERAPY
Pre-surgical massages are encouraged as they increase the blood flow and promote the overall health of the individual.
After liposuction, tummy tuck, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), joint replacement and other surgeries, the post surgery massage speeds up the recovery process and helps individuals obtain better results.
**We do not re-open incisions to drain!**

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
This light and deeply relaxing therapy stimulate the lymphatic system to drain away waste and congestion in the tissues of the body. It is excellent for people who have pressure sensitivity, are going through herbal detox programs, or wish to have help stimulating the immune system.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a good technique to apply anytime but especially after surgery, lymph node removal or injuries. This technique helps detox the body, reduce inflammation, and regulates the natural drainage of the lymph and can provide relief for those with Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and Lyme's Disease.

SPORTS MASSAGE
An effective maintenance massage program is based on a massage therapist's expert understanding of anatomy and kinesiology (movement of muscles), combined with an in-depth knowledge of which muscles are used in a given sport and which muscles are likely candidates for stress and injury.
By zeroing in on particular muscle groups and working specific tissues, we help the athlete maintain or improve range of motion and muscle flexibility. The overall objective is to help the athlete reach optimal performance through injury-free training.
The therapist may also use deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, reflexology and Neural Reset in the session.

90 minute Therapeutic massage - $100

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. Please note that Swedish movements, deep tissue, myofascial and other techniques may be incorporated into this massage.
